Caring for the Carer - Therapeutic Art Sessions to support your Wellbeing
Do you work in the helping professions? Or are you caring for a loved one with needs?
Spend some time looking after you in this block of four one hour sessions facilitated by artist and art therapist Emma Toy. Emma will provide you with some much needed rest and relaxation through simple and therapeutic art activities. You will learn some lovely artistic techniques you can use at home to support your own wellbeing and take home a small set of art supplies to help you continue this restorative practice. Enjoy a cup of tea and connect with others after the sessions if you feel like it.

Do you work in the helping profession? Or are you caring for a loved one with needs?
Spend some time looking after yourself in this block of four one hour sessions facilitated by Music Therapist, Anna Moore. Anna will provide you with some much needed rest and relaxation through simple and therapeutic music activities. Sessions will be a mix of hands on experiences, learning about flow state and passively listening to live music. You will learn some lovely techniques you can use at home to support your own wellbeing and to continue with restorative practice. Enjoy a cup of tea and connect with others after the sessions if you feel like it. No musical skills or talent are needed to participate.
